Weekly Photo Challenge: Object

In this week’s challenge, I’d like you to use one tangible object as both your inspiration and subject. It can be the obvious focal point of your shot — the only requirement is it must be somewhere in your frame.”

In my photo, the chosen object fills the frame. What do you think? It’s a Union Army Cavalry Flag. It proudly flies in my backyard.

    1. Hi Cris,

I am very intersted in the Civil War. I’ve authored two books that deal with several aspects of the War. They are both featured on this blog.

I will most certainly visit your blog and review your photo challenge.

      God bless,

      Scott

      PS Thanks for stopping by.

      1. Thanks. This is the first time I’m done the Weekly Photo Challenge from my Barns! Barns! Barns! photo blog. It’s fairly new, post-wise, but it deals with one of my favorite photographic subjects. My other photographic blog is at http://fstopfantasy.wordpress.com/ where my subject matter is more widespread, although I still feature old barns and farm house as well.

Thank you for visiting. Good luck with your books. The Library of Congress has a lot of old Civil War photographs that are freely downloadable.
